Return Policy Refund & Replacement Policies
If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily have the item replaced at no additional cost to you. Please be aware that District-86 does not produce its own products/materials, therefore we work with different manufacturers located around the world to bring you all the newest trending products. If your product arrives damaged, District-86 will contact the specific manufacturer to initiate the return/exchange process.
Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your product. Our store does not accept Returns or Exchanges, once an item has been received it cannot be returned.
We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria:
Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival. We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s). Note: District-86 will not be held liable to any lost or misroute parcels.
Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening. All international customers must provide phone number.

RETURN TO SENDER PACKAGES: District-86 will not be held liable for packages that are returning to sender.
Customers are advised to carefully enter the correct address information otherwise, there is a chance that the package will not be delivered.
Once the item is received at the manufacturer warehouse, it then will be repacked, re- labeled, and reshipped. However please understand that doing so requires an additional cost. Processing and shipping cost is usually half the order total, so please be accurate on the information that you provide.
If you think you have entered a wrong address, you need to contact us immediately in order to correct the mistake.
Cancellation Policy: Can I cancel my order(s)? Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement.
Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. We do not accept cancellation of orders outside a 24 hour window and/or because of the Standard Shipping reason.
Please note that our Standard Shipping are posted in each product’s description hence all customers should be aware of this before concluding an order. All refunds will be process within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on customer’s bank account.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Send us an email stating your concern and attach a picture of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 48 hours upon receipt of the order to get a replacement or refund. Note: Our team will inspect / verify the photo(s) before we issue out a replacement.
District-86 reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
